Creating Edible Art is the collaboration of Trent Mason and Titus Arensberg. As certified chefs they have combined each others expertise into works of art. While obtaining their degree at Columbus State Culinary school they also studied under world renowned ice carver Greg Buataski. Both are certified ice carvers through the National Ice Carving Association. Together they were the 2007 collegiate team champions and in 2008 they were runner up’s. Combining their culinary skills and ice sculpting talents, they have found their perfect medium, Creating Edible Art.
